Different Forms of Media Violence

My research project focuses on what forms of media violence effects children/youth the most. This can either be video games, television, movies, or simply social media sites. After conducting some research for my group, I've gathered enough data to say that video games has the most effect on children. At an early age, children are given video games to learn, explore, or to simply have fun. This may be the case, but some games hold particular content not suitable for all ages. Luckily parents can monitor what games their children play by looking at the gamer rating on the front cover. Watching television is also a huge impact of media violence, but video games entail more control and it cannot be ignored if one actually enjoys it.
